Our story

We started with an idea — and built a product ecosystem

We founded Growly in 2021 with a simple but bold goal: to bring together exceptional people who could turn their ambitions into reality and build global products that outperform market leaders.

Since then, our team has grown tenfold, and Growly now develops products across three verticals for global markets. We've come this far together, and we're not about to stop now.

Bohdan Perepelytsia

Bohdan works in analytics and progressed from Trainee to Senior in just two years at Growly. Today, he leads a team of analysts in one of the company's product verticals.

Kateryna Antypova

Kateryna joined Growly in 2021, just starting out in marketing. Step by step, she grew professionally and became Head of Digital Marketing in 2025.

Dmytro Haranzha

Dmytro joined Growly in 2022 as Backend Lead, building the company's engineering infrastructure. He went on to become Head of Engineering, leading both backend and frontend teams. In 2024, he took charge of a new product vertical as Growth Manager.

Oleksandra Oliinyk

When Oleksandra joined Growly, she managed content on her own for quite some time. Through hard work and a strong focus on results, she progressed to Content Manager. She kept developing her skills, taking on new challenges, and eventually stepped up to lead the content team.

Yevhenii Honcharenko

A year after joining Growly, Yevhenii became Frontend Tech Lead and took charge of frontend development for one of our products. As the team began transforming its workflows and adopting AI, he handed over his responsibilities to a colleague and took on a new challenge as Head of AI.

Anastasiia Tilikina

Anastasiia progressed from Junior to Middle Frontend Engineer in just seven months. Driven by determination, talent, and ambition, she developed both her technical and leadership skills. While still a mid-level engineer, she became a team lead for one of Growly's products.
